ok, day 1 and day 2 :)

I'm going 92 days..... I'm calling it Juice Feasting Ascension :)

I'm in the process of moving to Patagonia AZ to immerse myself in the spiritual energies of Pure Joy Planet, Vivapura and the Tree of Life.... I'm very excited....

Yesterday I had:

superfoods - green vibrance, pure camu camu, cat's claw
32oz total yum juice -  zucchini, tomato, celery, onion, romaine, dandelion, parsley and lemon
x2 :)
wait, oh yes, make that 3 times....
and more cat's claw (it really helps me sleep)

today I had:

a lot today
superfoods - green vibrance, pure camu camu, cat's claw
32 oz green juice - cucumber, parsley, dandelion, lemon, onion, celery, tomato
32 oz green juice - same as above
32 oz green juice :) lol same as above.... wait, i added spinach... and extra tomato
1 young coconut water
16 oz orange juice
cat's claw before bed....
