It's the morning of Day 3 - this juice feast is actually my second attempt to rectify a hormonal tumor/fibroid/condition in my uterus.
Crazy, the first 2 days of my juice feast (i actually started a couple of days ago on massive juice with a salad in the evening.. however)
the store was out of cucumbers. i've been juicing massive cucumbers for months now... my fibroid has been very swollen.... i went 2 days without cucumbers, just using zucchini and had a major shift. my stomach went completely flat....
i also gave up bee pollen, so i figured it was that.... however i juiced about 6 cucumbers yesterday on the whole and i woke up with my uterus swollen.... it could also have much to do with the coconuts, in fact, i know that it does....
but,, i haven't been using coconuts for months because i already know their effects on my uterus and body... mass swelling in my body and my uterus...
i'm going to give up cucumbers for several days and all fruit and coconuts - just go green with my favorite yum juice and then have some cucumber juice next week and see what happens.
how long can i go on just greens safely? i'm not sure. i'll be honest here and the truth is,, beyond a few certain foods, i'm still not completely sure what's safe for me to eat and what isn't.. i do have a list of avoids - i'll go over those in a different post...
today, i've much to do, i'm wrapping up my apartment to move in one day! (i have to be done by tomorrow - can anyone say procrastination?)
my bowels have been uncontrollably liquid, here's the great news though my skin tone and elasticity has improved ten fold.... in just two days of massive green juice.....
i won't be able to get to the store until this evening... so, i'll tell you my projection today, as i know i'll be busy later....
For day 3 I'm having
coffee enema
superfoods: green vibrance, pure camu camu, cat's claw (i take
2 Dspoons of green vibrance,
4 tubes(2 tsps) of pure camu camu from amazonherbs.net, and
two dropperfulls of gaia herbs cat's claw tincture)
64 oz green juice: zucchini, celery, romaine, dandelion, parsley, lemon, onion, red tomato
one of my juices takes 2 large zucchini, 1 med to large really ripe delicious tomato, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 head of romaine (about 10 leaves), 10-15 dandelion leaves, 1/4 of a lemon, chunk of onion, and 3-4 celery stalks..... it's soooo good... try it...

http://www.nutritiondata.com/ and one 32oz sized juice provides 28grams of protein, 16,000 IU of vitamin A, 500mg of vitamin C and a host of other nutrients.. in a couple of days, i'll write the whole nutritional analysis out....
plenty of protein in greens yo :)
